Event request & conference guarantee
Binding commitment, reliability and service are of paramount importance to us, as far as success of your meeting is concerned! For that reason we guarantee you a smooth, professional sequence from booking to preparation and organization, to the execution of your event, supervision and follow-up.
Should we fail to fulfill the guarantees that we specified, we will credit you 3.00 € per participant.
We guarantee
- Receipt of a written offer after a telephone inquiry by 12 noon the following working day
- Provision of the booked conference room up to max. 60 minutes before the start of the event
- Free of charge equipping of the conference room with pens, writing pads, 1 flip chart, 1 notice board, 1 screen, 1 beamer, W-LAN internet access
- Meeting support from 8:00 to 20:00
- Forwarding of messages during the conference
- Clearly structured offer, broken down by item
- For a fee: Change of the room design
