The Buchinger fasting cure is one of the few genuine fasting cures that has been tried and tested over decades. This method is used both for “fasting for healthy people” and for clinical fasting. A cure can be carried out for between one and three weeks. We also offer a varied leisure programme with exercise, relaxation as well as nutrition and health advice.

In addition to your cure at the SCHWARZWALD PANORAMA fasting hotel, there is the possibility of putting together your own, completely individual feel-good programme alongside the fixed daily programme and adding extras such as yoga, qigong, classic massages or cosmetic treatments to your therapeutic fasting cure.
