In the SCHWARZWALD PANORAMA you can embark on a journey: Understand inner processes, perceive yourself more consciously, promote psychological defense and feel change through mindfulness. Coaching combined with yoga, meditation, resilience training or black forest bathing, together with the healing climatic conditions of Bad Herrenalb, provide effective impulses for your personal development. We are very pleased to introduce you to our selfness instructor Petra Himmel. She is a certified yoga teacher, resilience trainer, trained hypnotist and head of employee personality development. She accompanies you on your way to develop or activate your own resistance through resilience.
Stress and lack of mindfulness can affect physical and mental health. Strengthen your mental resilience for new impulses for thought and action on a private or professional level. You will train your breath awareness through physical exercises and achieve more mental and emotional presence, increasing balance and stability through supportive coaching.
RESILIENCE TRAINING & COACHING
Mindfulness is the key to empowerment and development, and to becoming more aware of everyday life in all its fullness. The resilience practice includes mindfulness training (e.g. breath observations, body scan) and individual coaching sessions that activate change process

YOGA

The yoga practice includes meditation and relaxation exercises that stretch and strengthen the body and train coordination. Choose between different yoga styles such as meditative relaxing Yin Yoga or active Yoga Walking. Yoga Walking combines breathing techniques with movement and attention exercises. Physical and emotional fitness is increased and vitality is promoted.

SOUND MASSAGES ACCORDING TO PETER HESS®
While the mind is calmed by harmonious sounds, by singing bowls specially developed according to Peter Hess, the fine vibrations emanating from the vibrating singing bowl gradually spread through the body. In this way, deep relaxation and a state of well-being can be achieved.

Hypnosis is a relaxed state of consciousness, between being awake and asleep. This makes it possible to focus attention on the subconscious mind and fully utilize the mental capacity for learning. Develop confidence in yourself and your abilities. Fears can also be alleviated or dissolved with the help of hypnosis.
