Private lessons give you the opportunity to get to know or deepen your yoga experience within a framework tailored to your personal physical or psychological challenges. You can also use them to learn a personal exercise program that will accompany you in your daily life.

Meditation teaches the spirit to focus. You learn different kinds of methods.

RESILIENCE
Mindfulness is the key to experience our day-to-day- life in its complete fullness and to develop it consciously. The practical experience teaches exercises to reduce stress suitable for everyday use.

THAI-YOGA-MASSAGE
In Thai-Yoga massage, your body is passively guided through a series of stretching and opening yoga positions to loosen blockages in the joints and adjacent muscle groups. At the same time, the energy lines are stimulated to activate the body’s own self-healing powers.

SHINRIN YOKU
“Forest bathing” combines pleasant effects of slow and conscious exercises, for example Qigong, with proven healing impacts of trees. It opens all senses and is the resilient practice for leisure. Bookable from may to october.
