Recording and analysis of the overall environmental effects of hotel operations
Calculation of the annual CO₂ emissions with the goal of the greatest possible reduction of CO₂ emissions
Compensation for the residual CO₂ emissions generated during your stay
Natural cuisine with regional and seasonal ingredients prepared fresh (70% organic-certified and 30% slow food-share)
Integration of modern, user-friendly and energy-saving technologies (green IT, LED-lighting, etc.)
Materials and products from resources of sustainable and fair trade origins
Reduction of paper consumption, paperless workplace
Separation and avoidance of garbage
Use of reusable materials
Gradual introduction of eco-friendly cleaners, sustainably produced printed products and other 00materials

In the SCHWARZWALD PANORAMA your stay will be climate neutral (optional). The CO₂ emissions generated during your stay will be reported and offset through the support of recognized climate protection projects in collaboration with ClimatePartner.
